Order Placement

    • Orders can be placed through our website by phone. Ensure that all order details are accurate before submission.
    • We do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses, contact information, or order details provided by the customer.
  1. Order Confirmation:
    • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

Delivery

  1. Delivery Area:
    • We deliver within a specified radius from our restaurant. Please check our website or contact us to confirm if your address is within our delivery area.
  1. Delivery Time:
    • Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Delivery Fees:
    • A delivery fee may apply based on your location and the order amount. The fee will be disclosed at the time of placing the order.

Payment

  1. Payment Methods:
    • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, DuitNow QR and E-Wallets. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of delivery.
  1. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy. For issues with your delivery order, please contact us within 24 hours.

Promotion

  • All products in the promotional bundles and sets are fixed.
  • The Pantry@Mont Kiara reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend any campaign or promotion without any prior notice.
  • The Pantry@Mont Kiara reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Food Quality and Safety

  1. Food Handling:
    • We take utmost care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for food quality once it has been delivered and left at the provided address.
  1. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
    • If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free of allergens.

Cancellations and Modifications

  1. Order Changes:
    • Modifications to your order must be made as soon as possible by contacting our restaurant. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is being prepared.
  1. Order Cancellations:
    • There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
