Refund Eligibility

Takeout/Delivery Orders:

  1. If you discover an issue with your order after leaving the restaurant or receiving your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.
  2. You may be required to return the incorrect or unsatisfactory item(s) to the restaurant for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Takeout/Delivery Refunds:

  1. Please contact us via phone or email, providing your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for orders where the customer has changed their mind after the food has been prepared.
  • Any fraudulent refund claims will be taken seriously and may result in further action.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim is deemed unreasonable or fraudulent.
